Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Our board certified behavioral analysts are highly trained to reduce undesired behavior and increase functional, adaptive behaviors in a fun engaging manner. BCBA's are Masters/Doctoral level clinicians that have substantial experience in the field of Autism treatment. The BCBA's work closely with families they serve as well as applying principles of behavioral science together on each individual patient undergoing treatment so that progress can be accurately monitored and is meaningful to the child and their family.

Behavior Technicians & Registered Behavior Technicians
Our behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians role is to implement the treatment plan that a BCBA has carefully written for your child. Our behavior technicians have been interviewed and trained to ensure that they're delivering therapy the Bright Minds way. BCBA supervisors provide ongoing and weekly supervision meetings with the behavior technicians.
